BUSINESS ANALYSIS · PROJECT MANAGEMENT

A simple booking platform for a small business

The challenge

A small business was taking bookings by phone, message and paper diary. Appointments were being missed or double-booked, and too much of the owner's day went on admin.

Our approach

We started by mapping how bookings really worked and speaking to the owner and customers. From that we agreed a short list of must-have features, planned delivery in manageable stages and kept the design focused on being easy to use.

The outcome

A straightforward online booking platform where customers can see availability and book in minutes, and the owner has one clear view of the diary: less admin, fewer mix-ups and more time to run the business.

A website that tailors your CV to the job before you apply

The challenge

Jobseekers often send the same CV to every role, even though employers and automated screening tools look for evidence that matches the specific job description.

Our approach

We defined the journey from the jobseeker's point of view, set clear requirements for comparing a CV with a job description, and shaped plain-English guidance so users know exactly what to change and why.

The outcome

A website where a jobseeker adds their CV and a job description and receives clear suggestions to align the two before applying, helping them present their experience with confidence.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Clear answers.
Before we begin.

Find out how we work, what to expect and how an engagement begins.

Who do you work with?

We work with organisations planning or delivering change, including new systems, process improvements and wider business-change programmes.

What is the difference between business analysis, project management and business change?

Business analysis identifies what is needed. Project management plans and coordinates delivery. Business change helps people adopt the solution so that the benefits are sustained.

How does working with you begin?

We start with a free 30-minute introductory call. If we are a good fit, we will agree the scope, fees and timeline in writing before work begins.

How much does it cost?

Our fees depend on the scope, complexity and duration of the work. Contact our team to discuss your requirements and receive a tailored quotation.

How long do projects take?

Timelines depend on the scope and complexity. A short review may take one to two weeks, analysis work commonly takes four to eight weeks, and delivery support may continue for three months or longer.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

We currently work remotely. On-site support may be available depending on the location and project requirements.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. We treat the information you share with us confidentially and can enter into a non-disclosure agreement where appropriate.

What happens after delivery?

We support handover and adoption and can provide follow-up support where required.

How quickly will you reply?

We aim to respond to enquiries within one working day.
